Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@hummingbirdskidswear.co.uk with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

• Personalized or customized items.
• Sale or clearance items (unless faulty).

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
